Will you be on time with my delivery?
Tiffany’s Bakery will make every effort to ensure your delivery will be made within the time window specified on the order. If there are any problems with delivery we will notify you as soon as we are aware of any affecting our ability to be on time.
How far do you deliver and how much delivery will cost?
Tiffany’s Bakery delivers within the Greater Metropolitan Philadelphia Area. You can find out the cost of delivery for weekday or weekend delivery using our Delivery Estimator, on the We Deliver page. Just put in your zipcode for availability in your area and delivery prices.
What is the delivery surcharge?
We endeavor to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Our standard delivery includes a 4-hour time window for delivery. If you need a shorter window, there is a surcharge for delivery that is added to the standard delivery cost.
No one was there to receive my order - what happens next?
If the recipient or designee is not present to receive the order in person and the order is not delivered on first attempt, the customer will forfeit the delivery fee and the driver will return the order to the store. If re-delivery is requested Tiffany’s Bakery requires a re-delivery fee.
Do you deliver to college campuses?
Yes, we deliver to all of the Universities and Colleges in the Greater Philadelphia area. Just be sure that the recipient is there to receive the order or that the order can be left with a door-person or guard. Each school and third-party dorm has its own rules. Also, we can’t bring orders directly to student rooms. The recipient has to meet us in the lobby or have the ability to leave the order with door-person or guard.
Do you deliver to homes and apartments?
Yes, we deliver to homes and apartments in the Greater Philadelphia area. We can’t bring orders into homes or directly to apartments.
Do you deliver to offices?
Yes, we deliver to offices in the Greater Philadelphia area. Assuming the building allows, we will bring your order directly to your office door.
Do you delivery to hospitals?
Yes, we delivery to all of the hospitals in the Greater Philadelphia area. Please be sure someone is available to meet us in the ground floor lobby as most hospitals do not allow deliveries directly to patient rooms, nurses stations, and doctors offices.
What if I need to change my delivery order?
Please call us right away and we will help you. If you wish to make a change that results in a price increase, Tiffany’s Bakery must cancel your original order, refund it in full, and you must place a replacement order. This is because we do not retain authorization to make additional charges to your credit card once your order has been placed. If you wish to make a change that results in a price decrease, Tiffany’s bakery can refund the difference to your original credit card used when placing the order. There is no need to cancel and place a new order in this case.
Can a tip be given to our delivery driver when placing the order?
Yes you can! When checking out there is a suggested tip for the driver. You may eliminate or change the tips as you wish.
What is the handling fee for my delivery order?
The handling fee applies to event and tiered cakes for delivery only. If you have any questions, please call or email us.
